This Refund Policy applies to all membership subscription services of the intelligent design platform operated by Linyi Xiyao Network Technology Co., Ltd.. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing any paid services.
 

1. Service Nature

All products provided by our platform are digital virtual service products, including monthly, semi-annual, annual and lifetime membership permissions, AI credit packages, and exclusive resource unlocking services. After payment is completed and the service is activated, it is deemed that the service has been officially delivered.
 

2. Refund Eligibility

Users can apply for a full refund within 24 hours of initial payment and before using any paid functions (no AI credits consumed, no premium templates downloaded, no high-definition exported works). Once any paid service quota is consumed, or premium functions are used, no refund will be supported.
 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do not support refunds: services purchased by mistake but have been used; expired membership plans; lifetime permanent membership products; promotional discounted packages; account violations leading to service suspension; partial dissatisfaction with individual functions does not constitute a refund reason.
 

4. Refund Process

If you meet the refund conditions, please contact official customer support with your order number and account information. We will review your application within 1-3 working days. The successful refund will be returned through the original payment channel.
 

5. Right of Final Interpretation

Our company reserves the final interpretation of all refund rules. We have the right to reject malicious refund applications and abnormal repeated refund requests.
